The Basic Lie: How the CDC Broke the Law to Declare a Public Health Emergency

On March 24, 2020, the CDC changed how death certificates are reported, but only for COVID. What the change did was it allowed them to move down and de-emphasize every pre-existing condition and elevate COVID as the primary cause of death.

By Doing So, They Violated Three Federal Laws

1. The Administrative Procedures Act - Every single federal agency has to do the same thing the same way.

2. The Paperwork Reduction Act - They removed the ability for public comment.

3. The Information Quality Act - No federal agency can publish information that is not verifiable and accurate.

Dr. Henry Ealy: "So when they changed the death certificates to emphasize COVID, they actually hyperinflated death certificates ... by 88.6% to 94.0%."

    And that's what they did ALL OVER the world. Imagine that! As if every country has been under the control of the same vicious people. Every country even has gotten the same signs of 6 feet distance in every store in the world. That what the first thing I noticed since I was traveling at the time, and right away I knew they were coming after us, and I refused to believe them.

    He's right, the CDC broke the law. But the General Public caved out of panic and fear, and screamed at every one of us who calmly asked for common sense. They took sides with the tyrants. They still do. Here in Upstate NY you still have to wear masks in all medical buildings, all public transit busses, courtrooms, etc. Workplaces/offices have strict covid rules still in effect. If any person in your "team" tests pos, you are all required to test multiple days, wear masks for at least 1 week even if a neg test result returns. This has been the biggest instance of medical malpractice in our lifetime. But also has been a revealing experiment of our own Countrymen.

    Very effective angle to cover in this video. What do we do when government and NGO officials break the law? There are two channels on Rumble that I know of that are hosted by law enforcement officers, (ThisIsButter, Law Enforcement Talk Show). Perhaps these officers can be interviewed about what can be done to arrest offenders related to COVID LIES.

    A conspiracy on a global scale.. It was NEVER a theory, it's ALWAYS been a fact. How many of us went to social media jail for pronouncing the truth, but were censored by fascists in our own government and social media. Lock them ALL up!!
