Dr. Robert Malone: "According to New York Times, Blackrock is going to control, through a board membership and stock ownership, well over 90% of all the corporations in the United States within the next three years."

"You say to yourself, 'Aren't these all separate companies?' No, they're not. They're really divisions of one large company."

  • Preface: I'm as critical as anyone and am on the side of dr. Malone on many things, but unfortunately he is truly spreading misinformation here. This misunderstanding is wholly a reporting issue: If John Doe owns stock in XYZ company directly, he is registered as the holder of that stock. If John Doe own stock in XYZ indirectly through a mutual fund such as Black Rock, John Doe is still the owner, but Blackrock is reported to be the owner, even though it is just an intermediary who owns the stock on someone else's behalf. The proximate owner is reported, not the true owner. If the true owners were reported, it would be obvious of how little importance mutual fund companies are. I explained this in detail in the description of this video: The fallacy of Vanguard and BlackRock reigning over the western world https://rumble.com/v18b0i5
